Train The Trainer Class Outline
Our Microsoft Certified Trainer class teaches the skills required to
become
an effective
instructor. We also provide the long-term knowledge that you will
need in your future.
You will learn how to utilize a unique style of delivery
that matches your
personality.
To meet these objectives, each trainer will present modules based on
Microsoft Official
Curriculum in class. You will apply Microsoft and
CompTIA presentation
and classroom skills.
Technical mastery is just one requirement of a good trainer. This
course emphasizes
the ways in which your delivery will add value.
You will learn how
to coach learners so that they can attain the
knowledge, and
develop the confidence required to pass any test.
Other objectives
include understanding the effective use of humor
to create a positive
and non-threatening experience for the learner,
promoting not only
their interests, but their best effort.
Every trainer encounters problem learners, so we show you how to
effectively turn
these situations into opportunities to build learner
self-esteem, and
draw them back into the learning process.
Aided by an
understanding of what motivates these types of students,
and with our special
"choke-chains" and one-on-one coaching, you will be
able to maintain a
positive learning environment for all students. In addition,
you will learn how
to deal with problem groups who may challenge your
authority and
credibility.
Your combined technical and presentation abilities
will create a
powerful combination. As a potential MCT,
know that you are
joining an elite group.
Technical training is a very rewarding experience.
